Procurement Manager

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team and lead the sourcing of raw materials (textiles, fibers, accessories, etc.) for our production. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in global supply markets, import operations, and supplier management, with a proven ability to negotiate and ensure reliable, cost-efficient sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze global trends in raw materials (textiles, fibers, accessories).

• Manage international procurement operations, including Incoterms, customs clearance, logistics, and currency transactions.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers worldwide.

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with international trade law.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies (insurance, alternative routes, supply diversification).

• Work with ERP/BI systems (1C, Notion, Power BI, or similar) to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor and optimize budgets, taking into account exchange rate fluctuations and payment conditions (LCs, deferred payments, etc.).

• Apply advanced negotiation techniques to achieve favorable terms under pressure.

• Manage cross-cultural communication with suppliers across Asia, Europe, Africa, and beyond.

• React quickly and effectively to supply chain disruptions.

• Contribute to the development of the supply chain, including localization of materials where possible.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement, ideally in textiles, footwear, or fashion accessories.

• Strong analytical and financial literacy skills.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management experience.

• Knowledge of international trade, contracts, and dispute resolution.

• Proficiency in ERP/BI tools (1C, Notion, Power BI, or similar).

• Languages: English (mandatory). Additional languages such as Turkish or Chinese are a strong advantage.
