The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That's why, together with Yaroslav Petriv, General Manager at Goodly by Headway Inc, we're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry.

Goodly is a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We're building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

This job is perfect for you if:

— You're motivated to help build and scale the business on behalf of the General Manager, from nurturing strong partnerships to shaping key operational decisions.

— You're excited about traveling to China (at least once a year) to strengthen relationships and explore opportunities.

— You're comfortable with early morning work hours to bridge the 5-hour time difference between Ukraine and China, making the most of overlapping business time.

What will you do:

— Managing and growing relationships with Chinese manufacturers.

— Establishing new partnerships: requesting samples, coordinating documentation, and setting up workflows.

— Joining business trips to China, where you'll act as Goodly's primary contact and trusted translator for the team.

— Overseeing operational processes, including:

• Setting up online tools and supporting the team with administrative needs.

• Acting as a key link between Goodly's business needs and Headway's operations teams (legal, finance, business development, etc.).

What do you need to join us:

— Chinese language skills at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

— Experience in solving operational challenges and acting as a reliable "fixer."

— A background in managing client relationships and partnerships (a strong plus).

— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
