">We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Support Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ukraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing key support functions, including administration, finance, base management, and logistics.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate cross-team communication and provide logistical support to program staff, ensuring efficient operations across procurement, storage, and transportation.">
- Supervise financial management, ensuring budget adherence, transparent processes, and compliance with organizational guidelines.">
- Line manage and develop support staff, overseeing recruitment, performance, and training to foster a cohesive, competent team.">
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including suppliers, local partners, and government entities, representing Medair International and building cooperative relationships.">
- Implement quality controls and maintain systems to prevent loss or fraud, conducting inspections to ensure optimal resource management.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A university degree in a relevant subject such as Management, Development Studies, or Business Administration.">
- A strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written).">
- Experience in a management position, as well as experience in a complex humanitarian context.">
- Strong programme finance, analytical, and report writing skills.">
- Excellent problem-solving ability, communication skills, and ability to oversee multiple tasks, prioritizing and delegating as required.">
