The Employee Communications Team plays a key role in shaping, articulating, and delivering compelling internal narratives that connect employees to our company's purpose, values, and strategic direction. We focus on crafting meaningful stories, developing messaging strategies, coordinating impactful internal communication campaigns, and organizing company information in clear, engaging ways.

• A candidate showcasing at least 3-year expertise in corporate or internal communications, preferably within large or global organizations
• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
• A candidate who has exceptional written and verbal communication skills on advanced English level
• Demonstrating a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Experienced in developing internal messaging and content for corporate audiences
• Advanced in writing and editing for diverse audiences and channels
• Strong in interpersonal and consultative skills; accustomed to working with senior stakeholders
• Showing exposure to Staffbase, LumApps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams for publishing and content management
• A professional with sound organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Skilled at crafting narratives and messaging that inspire, inform, and influence
• Familiar with using AI-driven tools for content development, analytics, or workflow optimization
• Certified in storytelling, strategic communications, AI for communications, or change management (as an advantage)

• Develop and maintain overarching communication narratives aligned with company strategy, culture, and transformation priorities
• Translate complex business objectives and initiatives into accessible, engaging internal messaging and storytelling
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of tone, message alignment, and clarity across all communications
• Design and execute integrated internal communication campaigns focused on awareness, change management, and engagement
• Build communication plans with clear objectives, key messages, target audiences, and measurable outcomes
• Adapt global narratives to local contexts while maintaining coherence with enterprise messaging and tone of voice
• Write and edit compelling content for multiple channels, including internal news articles, leadership messages, SharePoint pages, newsletters, FAQs, and executive presentations
• Craft key messages, Q&As, and internal statements to support organizational initiatives
• Ensure quality and consistency of written communications in both tone and visual storytelling
• Use internal platforms (SharePoint, LumApps, Staffbase, and Microsoft Teams) to publish, organize, and distribute information effectively
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal communication channels, templates, and workflows for clarity and engagement
• Advise internal partners on communication strategies and tactics to maximize message impact and audience reach
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align communications across channels and functions
