• Develop and implement effective communication strategies for our projects in the innovation sector: grants programs, hackathons, accelerators, and other startup and entrepreneurship programs;
• Develop and implement a communication strategy, including content creation, promotion, media outreach, and social media management;
• Write and develop a variety of communication materials: articles, posts, press and post releases, etc;
• Initiate, coordinate and implement partnerships and collaboration with external organizations;
• Supervise the team of designers, photographers, illustrators and videographers in creating content;
• Help with organization of online and offline events, workshops, webinars, conferences;
• Track, measure, find insights and provide in-depth reports on communication activities.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in communications;
• Experience in the Ukrainian innovation or entrepreneurs ecosystem;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian and English languages);
• Advanced user of Canva, Figma, or other similar design tools;
• Organization skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask;
• Strategic and creative mindset.
