• Experienced digital marketing professional with 3+ years in marketing technology, marketing automation, and CRM systems
• Proficient in HubSpot, with a track record of building and optimizing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and campaign management
• Skilled in data analysis and segmentation, with the ability to translate insights into targeted and effective marketing actions
• Competent in integrating and managing MarTech stacks, ensuring seamless data flows across CRM, analytics, email, and other platforms
• Knowledgeable about data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to implement compliant marketing processes
• Strategic in defining technical requirements, leading implementation, and driving adoption across teams
• Familiar with AI tools and platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar AI-driven MarTech solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with IT, marketing, legal, and external vendors to scale marketing capabilities
• Efficient in managing complex digital workflows, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert guidance on best practices
• Detail-focused, analytical, and enthusiastic about automation, efficiency, and data integrity
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

• Take ownership of marketing automation and technology processes across SoftServe's global HR Marketing function
• Manage the organization's databases, ensuring they are well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate
• Oversee data entry, data cleaning, and data enrichment processes
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows that power campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing programs
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR standards and handle consent, data rights, and secure data transfers
• Lead the integration of marketing tools with CRM and analytics platforms to enable seamless campaign tracking and reporting
• Introduce and test new tools and technologies that improve team efficiency and user experience
• Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into daily marketing workflows to enhance automation, personalization, and performance.
• Build documentation and training resources to support the adoption of marketing technology across teams
• Collaborate closely with the Employer Brand, Digital & Tech teams to align on strategy and execution
• Contribute to campaign success measurement through marketing attribution models and engagement dashboards
• Elevate HR Marketing tech ecosystem to drive smarter, data-informed decisions
• Shape a scalable and secure MarTech infrastructure that supports SoftServe's employer brand goals
• Create efficient, automated workflows that save time, reduce errors, and deliver results
