REMOTEUKRAINEOctober 23, 2025Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine, responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth, brand visibility, and engagement across the Australian technology market. This role involves planning and executing a strategic annual calendar of events, digital campaigns, and partnerships. It requires close collaboration with the wider marketing and inside sales teams. The position combines event strategy, digital demand generation, and sales alignment to establish the company as a trusted IT outsourcing and software development partner in Australia.This position requires working Ukrainian hours, starting at 7 am. Occasionally, out-of-office hours will be necessary to coordinate Australian events.REQUIREMENTS3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation (technology or professional services).Proven track record in remote event management and digital campaign execution.Strong expertise in project and vendor management across multiple events.Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and webinar tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.Excellent English communication and digital collaboration skills.NICE TO HAVEKnowledge of IT services, software development, or outsourcing.Experience in marketing to the Australian technology sector.Experience with account-based marketing and campaign attribution.Prior experience working in distributed/offshore marketing teams.RESPONSIBILITIESEvent Strategy & Execution:Research, plan, and seek approval for the annual event calendar, including hosted lunches/dinners, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.Identify high-value Australian events and negotiate company participation.Coordinate logistics and on-ground event execution through Australian contractors and team members.Manage all remote event logistics (venue, invitations, branding, and collateral).Oversee post-event lead capture and seamless handoff to inside sales.Maintain event playbooks and ensure consistency across event types.Track and report event ROI, attendee satisfaction, and lead generation results.Task Metrics:Annual event plan completed and approved by Q4;Event portfolio ROI improvement year-over-year;Budget variance- 10% per event;Event attendance rates of XX% for in-person and XX% for webinars.Digital Demand Generation & Campaign Management:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other social platforms in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.Build campaign funnels that move prospects from awareness to conversion.Integrate digital campaigns with event promotions to maximize reach.Partner with the Brand Manager to develop on-brand creative assets for the Australian market.Monitor, report, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.Task Metrics:Cost per MQL and ROI per channel;MQL-to-SQL conversion rate >40%;Campaign-to-registration conversion (Email >X%, Paid Social >X%;)Marketing-sourced pipeline contribution.Sales & Marketing Alignment:Coordinate lead handoff with the inside sales team, ensuring clarity of qualification and follow-up.Conduct regular feedback sessions with sales to improve lead quality and conversion.Deliver event briefings, attendee insights, and account intelligence for follow-up.Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing campaigns for high-value accounts.Task Metrics:Sales-accepted lead rate >70%;Event lead-to-opportunity conversion >15%.Merchandise & Brand Visibility:Manage merchandise strategy and procurement for all events and campaigns, working with design as needed.Source and coordinate with Australian vendors for production and delivery.Ensure brand alignment in all materials with Brand Manager oversight.Track inventory and evaluate merchandise effectiveness and ROI.Strengthen visibility across Australian tech communities and associations.Task Metrics:100% on-time delivery of merchandise;Budget variance within 10%;Cost per item optimization year-over-year;The number of partnerships, mentions, and speaking opportunities per quarterWE OFFERUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Regular performance appraisals to support your growth.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in one of our development offices.Comprehensive medical insurance, including dental and massages.Personalized learning program tailored to your interests and skill development.Sport reimbursement program for onsite and online activities.Bonuses for recommendations of new employees.Bonuses for article writing, public talks, and other activities.20 vacation days, 10 national holidays and 5 sick leaves.Maternity leave policy and family days off.Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla.Welcome and anniversary presents, gifts for children, and more.Regular corporate events and meetups.Awesome team, friendly and supportive communityABOUT SVITLASvitla Systems is a global digital solutions company headquartered in the U.S. and operating across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and APAC.
