Functional responsibilities:

  • organization of the process of monitoring, controlling, and supporting active operations of legal entities and individuals in accordance with the Bank's internal regulatory documents;
  • organization of the process and control of entering information about collateral into the bank's information systems;
  • organization of the reporting process and submission of documents/information on borrowers to individuals in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations to the UFZHK
  • organization of the unit's activities;
  • performing other functions or tasks stipulated by the Bank's internal regulatory documents or established by the immediate supervisor or the Director of the department.

Job responsibilities

  • Control and entry of information on collateral in the automated banking system (ABS) regarding: (initial information on the concluded collateral/mortgage agreement in accordance with the collateral/mortgage agreement, subsequent changed information on the subject of collateral/mortgage as a result of the revaluation of the collateral, entry of information on the subject of valuation activity)
  • Preparation and submission of a report on the monitoring of the loan portfolio of individuals under assigned agreements of the UFZHK, as well as scanned copies of documents on the assessment and inspection of the mortgage subject, insurance, income documents, documents confirming the borrower's category.
  • Preparation and submission of a register of documents and scanned copies of documents that supplement the credit files of individual borrowers to the UFZHK.
  • Preparation and submission of other information at the request of the UFZHK within the powers of the unit and in accordance with the Bank's regulations;
  • Calculation of debt and penalties on loans of individuals and legal entities when filing claims for debt collection with the court based on official memos of the Bank's divisions.

Candidate requirements:

  • level of professional education - higher economic/financial/technical/mathematical/banking;
  • Work experience in the specialty - at least 3 years in the banking sector in a management position;
  • professional skills – experience in working with regulatory and legislative acts of Ukraine that regulate the Bank's active operations, knowledge of the basics of financial and economic analysis, proficiency in the Ukrainian language to the extent necessary to perform one's duties;
  • personal skills – organizational skills, organization, communication skills, responsibility, attentiveness;
  • Computer skills - experience working with personal computers, office equipment and software packages (MS Office suite).
