Head of the Department for Support of Collegiate Bodies

Position tasks:

  1. Ensure effective coordination and efficiency of the department's work.

  2. Ensure high-quality organization and consistency of the processes of preparing meetings of collegial bodies.

  3. Guarantee timely proof and implementation of decisions of collegial bodies at all levels.

  4. Improve the quality of document flow and procedures of collegial bodies.

  5. Ensure an appropriate level of interaction with the Bank's divisions, the NBU, and regulatory authorities.

  6. Ensure the availability, accuracy and relevance of information regarding the activities of collegial bodies.

  7. Generate reliable reporting for the Bank's management.

  8. Optimize, improve and automate internal processes for supporting collegial bodies.

Main functional responsibilities:

  1. Organization of the work of the unit and control of its activities.

  2. Setting the agenda, maintaining the calendar and organizing meetings of collegial bodies.

  3. Quality control and timeliness of document processing, verification of decisions for compliance with authority.

  4. Timely communication of decisions of collegial bodies to the executors.

  5. Control of the timeliness of signing decisions.

  6. Monitoring the implementation of decisions, preparing reports.

  7. Organizing the storage of materials and ensuring reference work on the decisions made.

  8. Control over the maintenance of registers and documentation of collegial bodies.

  9. Providing members of the Board and committees with necessary information regarding the work of collegial bodies.

  10. Providing information about decisions made to inspection and control bodies within the requirements of the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Bank (taking into account confidentiality requirements).

Candidate requirements:

  • higher education (preferably economics, law, etc.);
  • at least 2 years of work experience in management positions in the banking sector;
  • professional skills: planning, control, negotiation;
  • personal skills: accuracy, precision, principledness, punctuality, scrupulousness, literacy, responsibility, determination;
  • confident PC user (Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • mandatory knowledge of the state language;
  • knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine.
