Personnel Records Specialist

We're opening the position of a Personnel Records Specialist to work as part of our internal HR Office. The main goal of the role is to ensure proper register, transfer, and dismissal processes for employees along with maintaining personnel record files and database.
Responsibilities:
Organize personnel records in accordance with the current legislation and established state standards
Organize and maintain military records in accordance with the current legislation and established state standards
Register employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applications
Form and maintain personal files and database of employees
Enter data into the personnel/payroll system
Fill, record, keep, and store workbooks of employees and accounting of their employment history
Archive personnel files and prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed on
Provide personal data for the Accounting Department, extra budgetary funds, and tax inspectorate
In collaboration with accountants, prepare documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances, and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare Authorities
Issue all kinds of personnel certificates
Maintain computerized and paperback records of employees, including records of annual leaves, sick leaves, leaves without pay, and overtimes
Prepare various personnel-related reports for administrative staff and state authorities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in personnel recordkeeping
Knowledge of fundamentals of office procedures and organization
Expertise in principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeeping
Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation and 1C accounting program
Knowledge of labor organization
Good MS Office knowledge
Ability to understand, interpret, analyze, and apply governing personnel rules and regulations
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure of interruptions
Skills to perform detailed and accurate review of personnel transaction information, forms, and reports
Responsibility, reliability, initiative, proactiveness, sociability, and result orientation
A university degree in a related field
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
