Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to hire exceptional people in a fast-scaling startup environment.
This is not a transactional recruitment role. This is a strategic and execution-heavy position for a recruiter who can deeply understand the business, influence decisions, and consistently bring high-quality results.
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and C-level leaders, run full-cycle hiring, build proactive pipelines, and help us raise the talent bar across the company.
Who You Are
  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced tech companies. Experience in startups or scale-ups is a significant advantage.
  • You understand modern hiring markets, salary trends, talent density and how to attract high performers.
  • You have experience hiring for Marketing, Engineering, Operations roles.
  • You actively use Boolean, X-ray, advanced filters, AI-based tools, multi-channel sourcing and creative approaches to find top-tier candidates.
  • You are confident in multiple interviewing methodologies:
    • Competency-based interviews
    • Structured interviews
    • Problem-solving interviews
    • Motivation and value-based assessment
    • Case interviews (basic level)
    • Deep probing and critical thinking checks
  • Business-Savvy Communicator - You speak the language of managers and founders. You can explain recruitment decisions using logic, data and business impact.
  • Strategic and Systemic Thinker - You understand how recruitment impacts company growth, culture, delivery and roadmap execution.
  • High Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for results, drive processes independently and do not require micro-management.
  • High Standards and Quality Focus - You push yourself to deliver high-caliber candidates and do not compromise on quality.
  • Persistent and Resourceful - You don't give up after 10 outreaches. You find ways to reach the right people and convert them.
  • Emotionally Intelligent - You can adapt your communication to different personality types and seniority levels. You know how to read people and build rapport quickly.
  • Tech-savvy and Curious - You use AI tools, automation, ATS systems, dashboards and stay current with recruitment innovations.
What You Will Do
  • End-to-end ownership of hiring processes for Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering,Finance and Leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, challenges and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Run structured, competency-based interviews using modern frameworks such as behavioral interviewing, situational interviewing, STAR, deep-dive probing, top-grading logic and value alignment assessment.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, referrals, AI sourcing tools, market mapping and passive talent engagement.
  • Create strong outreach messages that convert passive candidates and reflect our brand and culture.
  • Sell the opportunity with clarity and honesty using a consultative, business-focused approach.
  • Drive the recruitment funnel with a data-driven mindset. Track metrics, provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring quality and speed.
  • Experiment with new tools, channels and approaches including AI assistants, automation and sourcing optimizations.
  • Maintain excellent candidate experience, clear communication and high professionalism at every stage.
  • Build long-term pipelines for critical and niche roles.
What Success Looks Like in This RoleIn 3 months:
  • You fully own 4-6 roles at a time
  • Hiring Managers trust you as a partner
  • Pipelines are strong, predictable, and high-quality
  • Your outreach and sourcing bring top-tier candidates
  • You deliver roles on time without sacrificing quality. Time-to-fill KPIs aligned with the market but in Pleso, your time-to-fill should improve with each role as you learn deeper about markets, managers, and our hiring DNA.
In 6–12 months:
  • You help build scalable hiring frameworks
  • You influence Talent strategy
  • You create repeatable sourcing systems
  • You contribute to Talent Density and high hiring bar
  • You take significant part in scaling the company globally

Recruitment process for this position:
  1. Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
  2. Test assignment. If we're aligned, we'll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
  3. Deep-dive interview (up to 1.5 hours). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
  4. Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CEO or another C-level team member.
  5. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we'll proceed with an offer.
