Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to hire exceptional people in a fast-scaling startup environment.
This is not a transactional recruitment role. This is a strategic and execution-heavy position for a recruiter who can deeply understand the business, influence decisions, and consistently bring high-quality results.
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and C-level leaders, run full-cycle hiring, build proactive pipelines, and help us raise the talent bar across the company.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced tech companies. Experience in startups or scale-ups is a significant advantage.
- You understand modern hiring markets, salary trends, talent density and how to attract high performers.
- You have experience hiring for Marketing, Engineering, Operations roles.
- You actively use Boolean, X-ray, advanced filters, AI-based tools, multi-channel sourcing and creative approaches to find top-tier candidates.
- You are confident in multiple interviewing methodologies:
• Competency-based interviews
• Structured interviews
• Problem-solving interviews
• Motivation and value-based assessment
• Case interviews (basic level)
• Deep probing and critical thinking checks - Business-Savvy Communicator - You speak the language of managers and founders. You can explain recruitment decisions using logic, data and business impact.
- Strategic and Systemic Thinker - You understand how recruitment impacts company growth, culture, delivery and roadmap execution.
- High Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for results, drive processes independently and do not require micro-management.
- High Standards and Quality Focus - You push yourself to deliver high-caliber candidates and do not compromise on quality.
- Persistent and Resourceful - You don't give up after 10 outreaches. You find ways to reach the right people and convert them.
- Emotionally Intelligent - You can adapt your communication to different personality types and seniority levels. You know how to read people and build rapport quickly.
- Tech-savvy and Curious - You use AI tools, automation, ATS systems, dashboards and stay current with recruitment innovations.
- End-to-end ownership of hiring processes for Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering,Finance and Leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, challenges and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Run structured, competency-based interviews using modern frameworks such as behavioral interviewing, situational interviewing, STAR, deep-dive probing, top-grading logic and value alignment assessment.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, referrals, AI sourcing tools, market mapping and passive talent engagement.
- Create strong outreach messages that convert passive candidates and reflect our brand and culture.
- Sell the opportunity with clarity and honesty using a consultative, business-focused approach.
- Drive the recruitment funnel with a data-driven mindset. Track metrics, provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring quality and speed.
- Experiment with new tools, channels and approaches including AI assistants, automation and sourcing optimizations.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience, clear communication and high professionalism at every stage.
- Build long-term pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- You fully own 4-6 roles at a time

- Learning&Development support: Compensation for learning and professional development(qualification courses, certifications, and other relevant training)
- Physical health support: Up to €300 per quarter for expenses related to your physical health(sport, massage therapy, doctor visits, diagnostic procedures and other health-related services)
- Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
- Test assignment. If we're aligned, we'll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
- Deep-dive interview (up to 1.5 hours). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
- Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CEO or another C-level team member.
- Offer stage. If everything aligns, we'll proceed with an offer.
- Please note that we expect test tasks and feedback within 4 working days.
