Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing how businesses manage their cloud and software subscriptions. As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and scale exceptional teams across multiple regions.
What you'll do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to making offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
- Track key hiring metrics and look for ways to improve them
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Help improve and streamline our recruitment processes
- Experience scaling teams in fast-growing environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics
- English proficiency at the B2-C1 level
- Track record of improving time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech or startup environments
- Knowledge of global hiring practices
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
- Process optimization mindset
