Твоя місія, якщо приймеш виклик:

  • Керуватимеш усіма фінансовими / платіжними операціями, пов'язаними з користувачами: обробка депозитів, виведення коштів, відшкодування, повернення, chargebacks тощо.
  • Забезпечення коректності білінгових циклів та тарифних планів (якщо є VIP, бонуси, різні умови за користувачами).
  • Співпраця з фінансовим відділом, командою підтримки, compliance та технічною командою (для інтеграцій з платіжними системами, API, перевірок транзакцій).
  • Впровадження та підтримка процедур безпеки / протидії шахрайству щодо платежів.
  • Відстеження KPI: кількість транзакцій, час обробки платежів, відмови, chargebacks, % успішних депозитів, % експірієнс-помилок тощо.
  • Робота з аналітикою: звіти по доходам, втратам, трендах, прогнозування доходів від різних сегментів користувачів.
  • Контроль відповідності платіжних потоків нормативам, юридичним вимогам (KYC, AML, фінансове регулювання).
  • Оптимізація платіжних інтеграцій: зменшення комісій, поліпшення UX для платежів, мінімізація відмов тощо.

Що потрібно від тебе:

  • Досвід роботи у фінансах / платіжних операціях / billing, в індустрії онлайн-ігор / гемблінгу.
  • Розуміння платіжних систем, шлюзів, API інтеграцій.
  • Знання з питань безпеки платежів, шахрайства, chargebacks.
  • Аналітичні навички, вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних, Excel / BI інструменти (SQL, Power BI, Looker чи ін.)
  • Висока уважність до деталей та відповідальність, щоб уникати помилок, які можуть призвести до фінансових втрат або претензій від клієнтів.
  • Комунікаційні навички — взаємодія із суміжними відділами: support, фінанси, compliance, tech.
  • Знання нормативного регулювання (залежно від країни / регіонів, де працює платформа): AML, KYC, податки, законодавство щодо азартних ігор.
  • Бажано знання англійської (для роботи з міжнародними платіжними партнерами).
