As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to guide Valor Software into its next phase of success.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join Valor Software. This role focuses on expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting the presales process. You will play a key role in helping the company scale and strengthen its presence in the international market.
Key Responsibilities

Act as an extension of our clients' teams — take ownership of relationships, improve processes, and deliver solutions as if they were our own.

Drive new opportunities in the US and EU markets, targeting companies that value long-term partnerships.

Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to translate technical expertise into clear and compelling business value.

Build and manage a qualified pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and handover to account teams.

Apply innovative approaches to business development, testing methods and tools to continuously improve results.

Share field insights to help refine our go-to-market and marketing strategies.

Track market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models.

Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development.
-
Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.

Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany).

Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach).

Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
