Твоя місія, якщо приймеш виклик:

  • Здійснення вихідних дзвінків до клієнтів гемблінг-платформи (онлайн-казино);
  • Консультування клієнтів з питань реєстрації, поповнення рахунку, виведення коштів, акцій, бонусів та інших послуг;
  • Інформування про нові акції, бонуси та персональні пропозиції;
  • Робота з запереченнями та вирішення конфліктних ситуацій, пов'язаних з грою чи фінансовими операціями;
  • Виявлення потреби, обробка заперечень та продаж послуг у дзвінку;
  • Внесення інформації до CRM-системи та підтримання актуальності даних;
  • Взаємодія з іншими відділами на вирішення складних питань клієнтів.

Що потрібно від тебе:

  • Досвід роботи оператором кол-центру або у сфері клієнтської підтримки;
  • Грамотна усна та письмова мова;
  • Стресостійкість та вміння працювати з негативом;
  • Знання основ роботи з ПК та досвід роботи в CRM-системах;
  • Готовність до графіку роботи 5/2, денні зміни з 10:00 - до 19:00.
