Mate academy — EdTech стартап з АІ powered LMS-платформою, де люди опановують IT-професії з нуля.Ми активно зростаємо не лише в Україні, але й Польщі та Бразилії, і міжнародна експансія тільки набирає обертів випускників Mate вже отримали роботу в ІТ після 4 місяців навчання.

Твої виклики:

  • Лідити рекрутмент відділ у компанії та досягати цілей по найму у 3-х країнах (Україна, Польща, Бразилія);
  • Розвивати та масштабувати сильну рекрутмент команду та побудувати сорсинг функцію;
  • Тестувати нові підходи та канали залучення талантів, впроваджувати АІ та автоматизувати процеси;
  • Найм ключових ролей (30% часу);
  • Використовувати data-driven підхід, розбудовувати аналітику та приймати рішення на основі данних;
  • Бути партнером для фаундерів та наймаючих менеджерів;

Про тебе:

  • 3+ років у Talent Acquisition та досвід лідингу рекрутмент команди;
  • Досвід побудови ефективних рекрутмент процесів at scale;
  • Продуктовий та data-driven підхід до рекрутменту. Вміння бачити слабкі місця у воронці та фіксити їх;
  • Досвід залучення талантів нестандартними шляхами;
  • Сильні комунікативні та нетворкінг навички;
  • Getting things done підхід;
  • Амбітність та проактивність;
  • Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate;
  • Гібридний формат з офісу в Києві;
