Flyer One Ventures — is a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in European startups.
We've already invested in 87 startups and deployed nearly $43M within six years.
We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at seed and occasionally at pre-seed, focusing on second-time founders. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons.
We're a fund of entrepreneurs who know how hard it is to build a company — that's why we help founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.
Now, we're launching an internship program for aspiring recruiters — a rare opportunity to learn how recruitment works inside a venture capital firm and to help our startups grow their teams.
What you will do- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in full-cycle recruitment for our portfolio companies;
- Learn how to conduct candidate sourcing, pre-screens, and HR interviews;
- Help coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates;
- Support in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms;
- Participate in weekly syncs with hiring managers and founders;
- Conduct market and salary research;
- Contribute to analytics and recruitment reports.
- You're passionate about recruitment and startups;
- You have strong communication and organizational skills;
- You're eager to learn about sourcing, interviewing, and startup hiring processes;
- You have at least an Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or event coordination will be a plus.
