У SFORS шукаємо Talent Acquisition Researcher, щоб посилити нашу рекрутингову команду. 


Команда:

  • Lead, 4 Recruiters

  • Велика, динамічна і професійна HR-команда


Формат роботи:

  • Гібридний: три рази на тиждень - офіс.


Вакансії:

  • IT

  • Finance

  • Legal

  • Back-office

  • Масовий рекрутинг Трейдерів-Інтерів. 


Функціонал Talent Acquisition Researcher:

  • Пошук кандидатів:

    • Активний сорсинг через джоб сайти.

    • Використання різноманітних ресурсів для пошуку широкого пулу кандидатів.

    • Формування й підтримка бази даних потенційних кандидатів у нашій ATS-системі.

  • Попередня оцінка кандидатів:

    • Проведення первинного скринінгу резюме.

    • Попередня оцінка релевантності кандидатів до вимог вакансій.

  • Побудова відносин із кандидатами:

    • Формування довгострокових відносин із потенційними кандидатами.

    • Комунікація з пасивними кандидатами для залучення до процесу найму.

  • Креативні стратегії:

    • Розробка нових стратегій залучення кандидатів.


Деталі:

  • Маємо ATS-систему, працюємо з плануванням вакансій на  рік вперед, дотримуємося помірного навантаження.

  • Користуємося платними ресурсами для пошуку кандидатів.

  • Орієнтуємося на метрики й естімейти замість жорстких дедлайнів.

  • Є поле для творчості та креативності.

  • Працюємо і рекрутимо в трьох локаціях: Україна, Дубай, Кіпр.
