Шукаємо Performance Marketing Specialist для нового продукту в напрямі social shopping application на ринку США. Це мобільний застосунок, у якому користувачі можуть купувати товари просто з відео, отримувати винагороди за покупки та стежити за інфлюенсерами чи кріейторами, яким довіряють.

На посаді Performance Marketing Specialist ти запускатимеш і оптимізуватимеш рекламні кампанії в TikTok Spark Ads і Meta Ads на ринку США. Ця роль — про hands-on запуск трафіку, креативні гіпотези та швидке тестування з фокусом на app installs та in-app purchases.

Обов'язки:

  • Запуск, оптимізація та масштабування кампаній у TikTok та Meta для ринку США.
  • Тестування креативів та UGC-підходів.
  • Робота з AppsFlyer / SDK / аналітикою подій.
  • Побудова звітності та аналітики ефективності.
  • Робота з креативною командою для запуску TikTok Ads.
  • Участь у формуванні гіпотез щодо залучення користувачів

Необхідні навички:

  • Практичний досвід роботи з TikTok Ads (Spark, In-Feed).
  • Знання Meta Ads для мобільного продукту.
  • Розуміння воронки app install.
  • Робота з AppsFlyer та Amplitude.
  • Вміння працювати з метриками CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention.
  • Досвід роботи з MVP/early-stage запуском — буде перевагою.
  • Англійська на рівні читання інструкцій, налаштування кабінетів, комунікації з платформами (Intermediate+).
