We're looking for a proactive person to help us generate and manage our leads and customers database, strengthen relationships with our clients and support community activities.

Lead Generation & CRM

  • Identify and engage new leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM with up-to-date data on leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Preparing and submitting tender documentation.

Client Relations

  • Check in with existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage reactivation.
  • Collect reviews, testimonials, and feedback for marketing and improvement.
  • Support retention by monitoring client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.

Community & Events

  • Assist in planning and coordinating online/offline events and community activities.
  • Engage with the community and partners to strengthen brand presence.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare simple reports on lead activity, conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Suggest process improvements for outreach, communication, and client engagement.
