Основні цілі:

  • Забезпечення результативності команди SMM (виконання KPI)
  • Масштабування команди — підбір, розвиток, наставництво
  • Навчання та підтримка фахівців, розвиток сильної внутрішньої культури
  • Забезпечення клієнтського сервісу на рівні вау
  • Впровадження нових форматів і процесів, які підвищують ефективність


Що входитиме в обов'язки?

Робота з командою (100 год/місяць):

  • Проведення планірок, one-to-one, брейнштормів
  • Залучення команди до вирішення кейсів, розвиток корпоративної культури
  • Наставництво новачків, формування сильної мікрокоманди

Робота з клієнтами (12 год/місяць):

  • Участь у кризових комунікаціях
  • Презентація нових рішень та продуктів
  • Супровід запусків нових клієнтів разом із проджектами

Контроль якості (9 год/місяць):

  • Перевірка робочих чатів
  • Взаємодія з контролером

Адміністративна частина (40 год/місяць):

  • Формування звітності, внутрішня аналітика
  • Побудова та вдосконалення внутрішніх процесів (таск-системи, автоматизації)
