Про вакансію:

Ми стрімко зростаємо та запускаємо інноваційний продукт — Evly: AI-чатбот, який змінює правила гри у сфері клієнтської підтримки. Саме тому ми розвиваємо новий напрям і шукаємо Partnerships Manager, який/яка допоможе будувати стратегічні співпраці для розвитку бізнесу, бренду й залучення найкращих талантів.

У цій ролі ти поєднаєш hunter + farmer підхід: будуватимеш нові партнерства й супроводжуватимеш їх, перетворюючи у довготривалі win-win відносини. Це можливість впливати на стратегічний розвиток компанії через роботу з університетами, сервісними підрядниками, освітніми організаціями та бізнес-партнерами.

Ти будеш:

  • Шукати, запускати й розвивати партнерства з університетами, школами й освітніми організаціями.
  • Залучати сервісних підрядників для процесів, пов'язаних із сапортом.
  • Розробляти й впроваджувати реферальні програми.
  • Супроводжувати партнерів на всіх етапах (farmer-роль).
  • Вести переговори з ключовими стейкхолдерами та будувати відносини.
  • Організовувати спільні заходи: івенти, воркшопи, кар'єрні ярмарки.
  • Аналізувати конверсії та ROI партнерств.

Про тебе:

  • 3+ роки у BD/Partnerships у BPO, SaaS або споріднених індустріях.
  • Маєш досвід роботи в міжнародних компаніях.
  • Впевнено володієш CRM-системами (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce).
  • Вмієш аналізувати партнерські пайплайни, конверсії та ROI.
  • Володієш навичками підготовки контрактів, презентацій і бізнес-пітчів.
  • Знаєш англійську на рівні не нижче B2.
