We are seeking a Middle Account Manager/Project Manager to work in our Mobile and Web Solutions department. This is a Middle-level role with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Project

Our Mobile and Web Solutions department manages a diverse portfolio, ranging from long-term enterprise partnerships to startup collaborations. You'll be involved in projects that require strategic planning, precise execution, and constant adaptation to evolving requirements.

Job Description
  • Lead projects through all lifecycle stages, from initiation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, BA, Design, and DevOps
  • Effectively manage change requests, assess risks, and prioritize tasks
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular updates for stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in IT
  • Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

     

Will be a plus:

  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
  • Technical background or understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Experience with time & material and fixed price contracts
