Together with our Customer Support Team Lead Anastasiia, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will help Mindly clients with a variety of requests

About you
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles;
  • Native-level Ukrainian and B1+ English proficiency;
  • Empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with users;
  • Initiative in solving not only current customer issues but also preventing potential ones;
  • Curiosity and a love for tackling non-trivial challenges.
Your future responsibilities
  • Provide timely, empathetic, and personalized support to platform users (mainly clients);
  • Handle requests related to accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and various technical issues;
  • Ensure a positive user experience while resolving their inquiries;
  • Turn user feedback into valuable insights for other teams, directly influencing the product.
How we work

We work remotely, but we also have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix remote and office work if you wish. Ideally, you're in the CET or EET time zone.
