Area Sales Manager Ukraine
Job Description
In your daily business you will support existing and potential customer base in order to further develop the brand & gaining market share in Ukraine, be their primary and decisive point of contact and build strong business relationships.
You will ensure the timely and successful execution of company strategy and respond to customer requests and needs to resolve all business related issues .
You will be involved in negotiation and definition of sales agreement with customers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements will be in your hands.
You will be responsible for assortment and price management at customers level, and across organization will be of high importance while your management of the P&L targets, related promotional budgets and monitoring and analysis of customer's and competitor's trends.
Your daily duty will be to develop sales products in different channels like wholesalers, retail networks, independent customers in two areas: Retail and Foodservice.
Expectations
You hold a university degree
Knowledge of retail trade on Ukraine market, or wish to use existing experience and know-how to design the processes for this market
You show strong interest in modern sales, marketing, food and sustainability issues
You show strong negotiation skills, your approach is results driven
You have very good communication skills and know how to develop relationship with customers
High level of commitment and high motivation for success and achieving goals as well as a strong analytical mind.
Very good knowledge of English speaking and writing.
