Pre-sales Solution Architect

We are looking for a Pre-sales Solution Architect for Conversational AI projects who will bridge business needs with technical execution who has a deep understanding of the client's business context and AI/ML capabilities. Your role is to become an integral part of our pre-sales team as a Technical Expert and Trusted Advisor. You'll engage directly with customers, guiding them through technical decisions, helping secure leads, and crafting compelling, competitive proposals that set us apart in the market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and business understanding to drive successful solution outcomes.
What We Value in a New Master- 3+ years of experience in software architecture or senior technical roles, with experience in designing complex, scalable solutions.
- Deep involvement in pre-sales or consulting engagements, including pricing, estimation, and client presentations, sales or consulting engagements.
- Expertise in modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven).
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based AI services.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of API design, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), and how to design secure and privacy-aware systems.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural vision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Experience with business analysis, KPI alignment, and success metrics definition.
