Business Development Manager

About company:

Our client is an international corporation operating in the installation market (HVAC area). They offer not only a range of products but also support clients in the design, installation, and operation of equipment.

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager eager to identify and actively approach new projects in commercial, industrial and public sectors in the Ukrainian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • identify and actively approach new projects in commercial, industrial and public sectors,
  • educate decision makers, specifiers, contractors, end users and facility managers on product selection, installation and usage,
  • generate new business opportunities, develop specifications and prepare quotes,
  • track project progress throughout the sales cycle,
  • build and maintain a strong network within the HVAC, district heating and industrial sectors,
  • represent the company at industry events and technical seminars.
Essentials skills and qualifications:
  • technical background with proven experience in the HVAC industry,
  • strong existing network in HVAC, district heating and industrial sectors,
  • excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages (obligatory),
  • good command of English (required for international communication),
  • ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering specifications,
  • experience in solution selling and technical consultative approach,
  • proven track record in business development and project acquisition,
  • excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • well-organized with strong time management abilities,
  • ability to work independently while coordinating with international team,
  • willingness to travel within Ukraine for client meetings and site visits.
