Oikonomakis Law, a dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking a full-time, remote Digital Content & Website Coordinator to take ownership of our digital presence. This role involves both the technical maintenance of our website and the creative development and management of content across the website and our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and regularly update the firm's website, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and professional presentation

-Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

-Design and produce visual content (graphics, banners, short videos, etc.) aligned with the firm's branding

-Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and provide reports on performance

-Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all published materials reflect our professional values and legal accuracy

Requirements:

-Proven experience in website management (WordPress or similar CMS)

-Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content planning tools.-

-Proficiency in visual content creation

-Excellent English writing and editing skills.

-Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.-

-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

-Previous experience working with law firms or other professional service organizations

-Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing strategy
