Основні обов'язки

Залучення нових клієнтів і продаж логістичних послуг

  • активний пошук нових B2B-клієнтів (Україна / ЄС / Азія);
  • формування та презентація комерційних пропозицій;
  • пошук клієнтів з короткими термінами оплати (для покриття виплат перевізникам);
  • участь у тендерах, перемовинах, розробка тарифів.

Організація міжнародних автоперевезень

  • Україна – Європа – Україна;
  • Україна – Азія – Україна;
  • маршрути між країнами Європи (EU–EU);
  • вибір перевізників, контроль повного циклу доставки.

Робота з мультимодальними перевезеннями

  • планування комбінованих схем (авто + морський/залізничний транспорт);
  • взаємодія з брокерами, терміналами, складами.

Документообіг та робота з клієнтом

  • оформлення CMR, інвойсів, пакувальних листів, митних документів;
  • щоденна комунікація з клієнтами та перевізниками.

Контроль дебіторської заборгованості

  • відстеження оплат та контроль термінів;
  • координація графіку "клієнт → перевізник".

Аналітика та оптимізація

  • моніторинг ставок ринку;
  • пошук оптимальних маршрутів та цінових рішень.

Ми очікуємо

  • від 3 років досвіду у міжнародній логістиці / експедиції;
  • знання Incoterms, баз митного документообігу;
  • розуміння мультимодальних перевезень;
  • англійська – не нижче Intermediate
    ;
  • впевнене користування Excel, / Lardi / ін.;
  • комунікабельність, відповідальність, системність.
