We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing strategies to support the growth of infrastructure projects across various sectors, including power, transportation, utilities, and telecommunications.
As an Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our team members to identify potential investment opportunities, conduct market research, and develop relationships with key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of business plans, financial models, and other materials necessary to support project proposals. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications materials to showcase our work and results.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the infrastructure sector, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly. If you have experience working in emerging markets, particularly in Eastern Europe, that would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of infrastructure projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private sector companies, and civil society organizations.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, financial models, and other materials necessary to support project proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project development and finance, preferably in emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure sector, including power, transportation, utilities, and telecommunications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think critically.
