Customer Service Expert

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring proper order acquisition control, monitoring customer contact, and leading engagement when needed. Your goal will be to ensure that all orders are properly sized according to customer contracts and Trade Terms conditions.
You will manage price discrepancies in customer's orders by investigating the issue, communicating effectively with the customer, Sales, and Billing Accuracy SPOC, and finding a suitable solution. This role requires effective communication with the Customer Service Representative Team and customers regarding order changes, corrections, and issue-solving.
Additionally, you will deal with stock unavailability issues by working closely with customers and other functions as necessary. You will also support P&G's drive to be a #1 Supplier by responding to customer-specific needs and requirements in a timely manner. This includes providing reports and estimated availability dates.
In this role, you will contribute to reaching Customer Service Representative KPI targets by analyzing root causes, proposing action plans when needed, and coordinating/supporting customer-related logistics projects internally and externally.
