Customer Service Specialist Job Summary

  • Monitor and manage order acquisition control, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure proper truck sizing according to contract terms and Trade Terms conditions.
  • Investigate and resolve price discrepancies in customer orders through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the Customer Service Representative Team and customers regarding order changes, corrections, and issue resolution.
  • Manage stock unavailability issues by working closely with customers and other functions as needed.
  • Support the organization's goal of becoming a top supplier by responding promptly to customer-specific needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving Customer Service Representative KPI targets through data analysis, root cause identification, and proposed action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate logistics projects related to sales, supply planning, and plant operations.
