Job Description

This position involves ensuring order acquisition control and managing customer contact. You will lead engagement when needed and ensure all orders are properly sized according to customer contracts and Trade Terms conditions.

  • You will investigate price discrepancies, communicate with customers and internal teams, and find solutions.
  • Effective communication with the Customer Service Representative Team and customers is crucial in this role.
  • Stock unavailability issues will require collaboration with customers and other functions.
