As an Account Manager at our digital agency, you will be the key point of contact for clients renting ad accounts, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing their advertising success. You will resolve operational issues, prevent account suspensions, maintain healthy account balances, and optimize performance — removing friction so clients can focus on scaling their campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze client advertising campaigns to identify optimal ad platforms for maximizing results
  • Develop media plans
  • Ad accounts creation
  • Managing ad account balance (top-up, withdrawals, refund)
  • Submitting ad account appeals
  • Reporting on ad account performance
  • Upselling new ad platforms
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients

Who You Are:

Analytical Proficiency – Experience with Google Sheets/MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) to track performance and generate reports

Advertising Knowledge – Understanding of digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC)

Communication Excellence – Advanced verbal and written skills in English and Ukrainian (B2+/C1 level) to clearly explain insights, resolve issues, and build client trust

Will be a plus:

  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot ad account issues (billing, suspensions, policy violations) and optimize performance
  • Fast Learner & Growth-Oriented – Eagerness to quickly master ad account rental dynamics and scale client success
  • Client-First Approach – Proactive, empathetic, and skilled in managing expectations while driving upsell opportunities
  • Detail-oriented – Meticulous in monitoring account health, balances, and compliance to prevent disruptions
  • Collaborative Spirit – Comfortable working with sales, support, and tech teams to streamline client solutions
