As a Performance & Optimization Specialist at Nokia, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of mature wireless networks across Europe. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Lead end-to-end optimization of mature wireless networks across Europe, focusing on capacity and architecture improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify performance issues and implement effective solutions post-launch.

Key Skills And Experience

• Solid understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA, 5G FR2, and LTE architecture
• Familiarity with Nokia RRM, including features and parameters
• Experience in End-to-End optimization projects for 5G and LTE
• Proficient in TCP packet analysis using tools like Wireshark
• Skilled in Benchmarking methodologies, including national benchmarking (e.g., Umlaut, ARCEP)
• Hands-on experience with Mantaray tools: Performance Manager, Advanced Configurator, CM Editor
• Ability to independently create and execute configuration plans and XMLs
• Competent in analyzing Nokia internal logs: syslogs, eNB/gNB logs, EMIL, TTI traces
• Proficiency with logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalents
• Comfortable using radio planning and optimization tools: ATOLL, RNP9955, ACTIX, NEMO, LTE PAT, EMIL

Nice to Have:

• Nokia Certified Solutions Specialist in Network Performance Services – 5G Radio Network Optimization
• Experience with Nokia ORAN/VRAN
• Exposure to multivendor swap projects (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE to Nokia), including KPI and feature mapping
