У 2025 ми активно масштабуємо і проєкти, і дрім тім. Тому для підсилення Finance департамент шукаємо Account Payments Specialist.

Твої майбутні задачі:

  • управління платіжними методами;
  • моніторинг транзакцій;
  • аналіз і оптимізація роботи платіжних систем;
  • вирішення проблемних кейсів;
  • взаємодія з іншими відділами для досягнення високого рівня обслуговування.

Твої скіли:

  • розуміння роботи платіжної системи;
  • розуміння життєвого циклу юзера від вибору платіжного метода до успішної транзакції;
  • розуміння базових метрик прохідності платежів;
  • навички аналізу і знаходження рішень для вирішення проблем;
  • взаємодія з іншими департаментами;
  • планування власного часу.
