At UkraineRobotics, we combine engineering with design to create robots that are both functional and inspiring. Our flagship invention is KULYA - a six-legged robot that transforms into a sphere. More than just a robot, KULYA is an open-source STEM character that makes robotics accessible and engaging for teenagers, educators, and innovators worldwide.

our People & Culture Specialist
, you will shape how our future team connects, collaborates, and thrives - from the very beginning of our journey.
What You Will Do
- Design a simple and inspiring onboarding so every new person feels part of our mission from day one.
- Help to find and hire great people across engineering, design, and creative roles.
- Build clear and flexible people processes (feedback, growth, performance) that support our work.
- Support and strengthen our culture of openness, curiosity, and purpose.
You'll Be a Great Fit If
- 1 + year of experience
in HR/People Ops (preferably in startups or creative/tech companies).
- English proficiency at
Upper-Intermediate
level.
- Strong skills in recruitment and onboarding.
- Desire to design processes from scratch and adapt them as the company grows.
