Blexr is a performance marketing company specializing in high-quality traffic generation for global iGaming and betting brands. We operate at scale, combining advanced media buying strategies with deep industry expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns across Facebook and other traffic sources.

  • Manage advertising budgets ($30–40k+ monthly) with full accountability for spend and ROI.

  • Create, test, and scale ad creatives to maximize conversions.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring traffic quality and compliance with advertiser KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal BizDev, affiliate, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

  • Research new GEOs, verticals, and traffic opportunities.

  • Report results and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in gambling/betting media buying, with a proven track record.

  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads (other sources a plus).

  • Hands-on experience managing budgets starting from $30–40k+ per month.

  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and optimization methods.

  • Experience with Tier-1 GEOs strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of compliance specifics within the iGaming vertical.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
