DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I

YOUR TASKS:

  • Manage and monitor all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel on a daily basis
  • Define schedules for erection, finishing, and commissioning works, safeguarding required quality
  • Oversee turbine delivery, site logistics, and return cargo
  • Act as first contact for clients and stakeholders on technical issues and project execution
  • Control costs, report KPIs, and support the Project Manager in contract and claim management
  • Carry out quality inspections and assure proper handover to the customer and service team
  • Rotation system: 3 weeks on/ 1 week off

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in civil construction or technical projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent technical qualification and knowledge of site management
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Driving license
  • Appreciation of technical, commercial, and political aspects of working in the wind industry
