Зараз ми у пошуках Customer Support Specialist для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Компанія зібрала сильну команду інженерів, конструкторів та спеціалістів з Hardware, QA, RF, які створюють продукти, що допомагають військовим досягати цілей. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи з клієнтами від 1 року;
  • Досвід з CRM системою;
  • Високий рівень комунікативних навичок;
  • Вища освіта (інженерна освіта буде плюсом)

Твої обов'язки:

  • Консультація клієнтів шляхом відповіді у чатах;
  • Ведення запитів в Jira та CRM;
  • Комунікація та допомога іншим відділам в рамках своєї компетенції;
  • Прийом, складання, пакування та відправка посилок;
  • Прийом та перевірка продуктів та комплектуючих, підготовка продуктів та комплектуючих до відправок

  • офіційне працевлаштування через Дія.City;
  • відпустка — 24 календарних дні на рік + 1 день відпустки на день народження;
  • медичне страхування після успішного проходження випробувального терміну;
