WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Cyclical production of high-performing video creatives.
  • Analyzing creatives based on key metrics: Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d.
  • Developing hypotheses for new concepts and iterations based on data insights.
  • Hiring video editors and motion designers.
  • Communicating with designers, setting technical tasks, overseeing execution, and approving final work.
  • Analyzing competitors' creatives using spy tools.
  • Adapting creatives to various platforms, formats, traffic sources, policies, and localizations.
  • Increasing the moderation pass rate of creatives across different traffic sources.
  • Independently launching creatives in ad accounts to understand moderation processes and determine which concepts generate spend—and why others do not.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools and spy services.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of core marketing metrics (Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d).
  • Basic understanding of ad account operations.
  • Familiarity with moderation policies and processes across various traffic sources.
