Role overview

We're looking for a Middle PPC Manager to drive growth by running and testing campaigns fast and effectively. You'll be part of a lean B2B marketing team, responsible for managing budgets, launching experiments, and optimizing paid channels for ROI.

Remote. Full-time or Part-time, both works.


What you'll do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B channels.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team.
  • Manage budgets effectively with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to generate new ad concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date on PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
Must-have skills
  • 2–3 years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI in B2B campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
  • Ability to design and execute A/B tests across campaigns.
  • Taste in ads' design and copy.

Nice to have
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other niche B2B channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset for ad copy and visual briefs.
  • Experience in SaaS, creative services, or e-commerce marketing.
