WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Working with video-format creative content for performance marketing ads on TikTok.
  • Creating briefs and overseeing creative production, balancing quality and speed.
  • Identifying and implementing tools and methods to optimize creative processes (including creative production).
  • Tracking and analyzing competitors' creatives.
  • Developing and creating creatives based on trends.
  • Independently monitoring and analyzing the performance of your marketing campaigns, optimizing and scaling them.
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, and other activities aimed at improving creative quality.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience working with video creatives.
  • Experience with TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of key marketing metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with designers: setting clear briefs, providing feedback, and suggesting revisions.
  • Experience with market analysis tools for websites or mobile apps (e.g., AppMagic, , Adheart, SensorTower, etc.).
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

WORK IN THE MOST COMPETITIVE TIER-1 MARKETS (USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, ETC.), ALLOWING YOU TO BECOME AN EXPERT IN YOUR FIELD.

REMOTE WORK OR THE OPTION TO WORK FROM OUR KYIV OFFICE, WITH ACCESS TO OUR LVIV OFFICE AND COWORKING SPACES IN WARSAW.

20 WORKING DAYS OF VACATION PER YEAR (AFTER 3 MONTHS OF COLLABORATION) AND UP TO 30 DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WITH MEDICAL CONFIRMATION, PLUS THE ABILITY TO TRANSFER WORKING DAYS AND TAKE DAYS OFF FOR UKRAINIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
