Nestlé Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of SEE Internal Communication position in Corporate Communication Department in Kyiv.

Main Purpose of Job:

To actively contribute towards building an internal communication & employee engagement strategy that supports management to inform, engage and motivate employees in pursuit of a shared strategic vision and goals through SEE Martet (South Eastern Europenean Market)

Main responsibilities:

  • Build Nestlé global and Market reputation to its employees; help employees to understand company strategy;
  • Produce a wide range of accurate and high-quality internal communications materials;
  • Manage Nestlé's corporate intranet and other corporate communications channels (etc. Workplace) – ensure that content is relevant, up-to-date and promotes corporate strategy;
  • Manage global issues that may affect employees, anticipating, monitoring and ensuring senior management awareness;
  • Build and implement internal communications strategy and plan for SEE Market.

Main requirements:

  • University degree;
  • 7+ years communications experience and experience working with senior leadership on communications;
  • Communications agency / journalism experience desirable;
  • Experience of inter/intranet management and producing corporate materials;
  • Knowledge of communication development and agency management;
  • Crisis Management for internal communications;
  • Deep Understanding of business environment;
  • Ability to work with complex processes and within intense environment;
  • Highly developed result focus, strategic thinking, proactive cooperation, initiative;
  • Working languages: Fluency in English, native speaker of respective Hub/Country.
