Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається та вдосконалює робочі процеси.

Зараз розширюється відділ розвитку корпоративної культури, тож ми шукаємо Internal Communications Manager.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • 3+ років досвіду у внутрішніх комунікаціях. Досвід у виробничих компаніях всередині HR буде перевагою;
  • Сильні навички копірайтингу, проєктного менеджменту та вміння відокремлювати головне від другорядного;
  • Досвід керування різними каналами внутрішніх комунікацій (G-Suite, Employee Experience Apps тощо), створення текстових, графічних, відеопродуктів;
  • Впевнену роботу із внутрішніми замовниками і керування їхніми очікуваннями;
  • Проактивність, самостійність і готовність до експериментів.

Твої обов'язки:

  • Працюватимеш як бізнес-партнер, формуючи стратегію внутрішніх комунікацій і створюючи різноманітний контент;
  • Забезпечуватимеш комунікацію місії та цінностей компанії різним аудиторіям всередині організації;
  • Створюватимеш креативні ідеї та кампанії, які залучають команду й підтримують трансформацію культури;
  • Запускатимеш нові канали комунікацій та покращуватимеш існуючі;
  • Розвиватимеш практики збору зворотного зв'язку (Employee Listening) і координуватимеш впровадження змін на його основі.
