Product Manager

Devoted Fusion is a self-service freelance talent platform built for the games industry, helping developers and publishers hire pre-vetted art and animation experts quickly, transparently, and securely. Our platform connects studios with capable and relevant freelance talent worldwide and manages contracts, invoicing, and payments end-to-end.

Role Overview

We're looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the next stage of Fusion's evolution. This role blends product ownership with business strategy, balancing rapid iteration, partnership growth, and performance optimization across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Growth

• Own and evolve the Fusion Platform's roadmap with a focus on rapid, data-informed iteration.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on real-time performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends.
• Partner with leadership to shape Fusion's business model, pricing, and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define acquisition and conversion goals, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable impact.
  

Data, Insights & Optimization

• Build and maintain a strong analytics foundation — dashboards, KPIs, and experiment tracking.
• Translate live usage data into actionable insights that guide decisions on retention, monetization, and engagement.
• Design and interpret A/B tests, pilots, and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful features fast.
  

Partnerships & Market Expansion

• Support and negotiate external partnerships to grow Fusion's audience and network effects.
• Collaborate with business development to explore integrations and strategic collaborations with third-party platforms.
• Evaluate partnership impact on user growth, conversion, and retention.
  

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development) to deliver initiatives efficiently.
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Champion a user- and data-first culture across the product team.
  
  

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management for SaaS, marketplaces, or live digital products
• Proven success in growth-stage environments with rapid iteration and measurable impact.
• Deep experience with data-driven decision-making, analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker), and experimentation.
• Strong business acumen — understanding of unit economics, partnerships, and marketing funnels.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for creative industries, gaming, or talent platforms is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
