Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a fast-growing startup that has built an AI-powered, no-code platform to automate privacy, security, and regulatory compliance processes across multiple international standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, and the EU AI Act.

• Project duration:

at least 6 months (full-time engagement).

mid-January/February, 2026

We are looking for two Product Managers to join our team. The Product Managers will operate in two squads:

• One Product Manager will focus on improving our CMS and risk management features.
• The other Product Manager will lead discovery and delivery for upmarket features.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• General understanding of web technologies
• Ideally, experience in compliance (information security, privacy), RegTech, and startup experience
• Good experience with Agile methodologies (preferred SCRUM)
• German language skills will be a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on product requirements
• Running product discovery and supporting delivery
• Communicating with product stakeholders
