AR Book — це потужний інструмент та ціла екосистема для шкіл, вчителів та учнів, яка дає змогу створювати, проводити та аналізувати ефективність уроків. Система включає в себе AR застосунок для учнів, Особистий кабінет вчителя, Маркет контенту та VR Lab.
Метою AR Book є покращення освітнього процесу за допомогою інноваційних технологій, інтерактивного контенту і використання технологій віртуальної та доповненої реальності.

Requirements
- 2–4 років досвіду в digital-маркетингу (плюсом буде досвід в EdTech, SaaS або суміжних нішах)
- Практичний досвід у performance marketing, SEO, SMM, email-маркетингу
- Досвід роботи з Pipedrive (або інші CRM)? Marketing Automation інструментами, Google Analytics 4, GTM, Hotjar
- Лідерство та комунікація (робота з крос-функціональними командами).
- Розуміння повного циклу воронки залучення користувачів.
- Навички роботи з Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Аналітичне мислення та вміння працювати з даними
- Відповідальність і результатоорієнтованість
- Проактивність і вміння пропонувати нові ідеї без чекання на завдання
Responsibilities
- Розробка та реалізація digital-маркетингової стратегії для виходу на нові ринки
- Формування та контроль маркетингових OKR/KPI, інтегрованих із цілями компанії
- Запуск та оптимізація рекламних кампаній (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok)
- Проведення A/B тестування рекламних матеріалів, лендингів та комунікаційних повідомлень
- Побудова воронок для B2B (школи) та B2C (вчителі/батьки/студенти)
- Управління бюджетом та аналіз ROI/CAC/LTV
- Створення або координація створення рекламних та контентних матеріалів спільно з дизайнерами та копірайтерами
- Побудова спільноти навколо AR Book: вчителі, EdTech-партнери, освітні лідери
- Ініціювання та швидке тестування нових маркетингових гіпотез, пошук точок росту
- Координація лідогенерації через SEO, вебінари, e-mail маркетинг, партнерські програми
- Регулярні маркетингові дашборди (CAC, CPL, MRR growth, activation rates)
- Автоматизація воронки продажів (email sequences, remarketing, nurturing)
- Координація амбасадорських програм для вчителів
Would be a plus
Успішний досвід виходу на ринок США/Канади/міжнародні буде великим плюсом.
