Assistant – Ananta Medicare USA Project

Overview

We are looking for a capable and digitally fluent assistant to support the ongoing operations of the

Ananta Medicare USA project. This role is focused on supporting a range of eCommerce, marketing,

and backend activities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work across multiple tools

and tasks in a fast-paced digital business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain and update product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify

• Support basic SEO and PDP (product detail page) updates

• Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets, documentation, and internal systems

• Coordinate with marketing on basic social media and advertising tasks

• Track order statuses, stock, and campaign performance

• Follow clear instructions and execute tasks responsibly and independently

• Suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage when possible

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong computer literacy and comfort working online across multiple tools

• Familiar with task systems (e.g., Trello, Google Drive, Notion)

• Strong English communication (written and verbal)

• Thinks before acting; able to evaluate basic tasks logically

• Follows through on assigned work without needing constant reminders

• Quick learner and proactive about improving how things are done

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Platform

• Familiarity with Shopify admin panel

• Understanding of SEO, digital product listings, or PDP formatting

• Awareness of how Meta Ads or Amazon PPC works

• Experience working with digital tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Make, Slack, or Canva

This role supports digital operations tied directly to the growth and maintenance of our Ananta Medicare

business in the United States. It's a practical support role with exposure to multiple systems across

eCommerce, marketing, and product data
