Web Production Lead

Lead and manage a team responsible for creating and delivering web-based marketing assets — including promotional websites, landing pages, and webmail campaigns — in support of the marketing department. This role combines project coordination, team leadership, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful digital campaign execution.

Team Management and Leadership:

• Lead, support, and manage a team of front-end developers, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers in delivering web and email marketing assets..
• Assign and prioritize work according to campaign timelines and business needs.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to help team members grow.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage team transparency by openly sharing blockers, lessons learned, and project retrospectives.
• Regularly report on team performance, campaign output, and project statuses to stakeholders.

Project Oversight & Delivery:

• Oversee development and execution of landing pages, promotional microsites, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
• Work closely with marketing managers, designers, and CRM specialists to interpret creative briefs and convert them into production-ready deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and scope to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify project risks early and work with stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
• Review outputs to ensure responsiveness, usability, brand compliance, and cross-platform/email-client compatibility.

Technical Oversight & Best Practices

• Guide the team in adopting modern development practices — including responsive design, accessibility, mobile-first email coding, and testing.
• Promote use of structured workflows, reusable templates, and clear documentation.
• Evaluate and introduce tools or technologies that can optimize delivery or quality (e.g., version control, testing tools, AI-assisted tools).
• Ensure that tagging/tracking implementations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters) are integrated correctly in all campaign assets.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the stability of production environments and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in web or email development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, CSS Modules, React / ReactDOM, , , Tailwind CSS.
• Strong experience in back-end technologies:  , , Strapi.
• Knowledge of other server-side frameworks is a plus.
• Solid grasp of DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), GitLab CI/CD, Git/Gitflow.
• Familiarity with campaign deployment platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp).
• Experience with CMS systems (e.g., Strapi, WordPress, Contentful) and managing digital/web assets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bonus: Experience integrating marketing automation or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, HubSpot).
• Bonus: Experience with PHP based frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter or similar)
• Additional Plus: Familiarity with other tools, platforms, or systems commonly used in web application development and deployment (e.g., A/B testing tools, CMS plugins, accessibility checkers).
